Brief instructions for visitors and external companies

Dear visitor,

to make your stay at Kramerbest as pleasant and smooth as possible, we kindly ask you to read the following information carefully. Our staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

General conduct:

• Please complete this visitor registration form.
• Visitor badges must be worn in a clearly visible manner.
• Please wait for your contact person in the visitor area and do not move around the building unaccompanied.
• Photography is not permitted without written permission.
• Please ask your contact person about the assembly point in case of emergency and go there if the alarm sounds. Please do not allow any third parties to enter the building.

What to do in an emergency:

• Please ask your contact person about the assembly point in emergency situations and go there when the alarm sounds.
• For your own safety, please follow the instructions of our employees in the event of an alarm or fire.

Regulations for external companies:

• Before starting work, find out about possible risks and hazards.
• Please follow the instructions of your supervisor or client, for example with regard to occupational safety training and similar matters.

Information security::

• The protection of your personal data and that of our customers and employees is very important to us. Please ensure that unauthorized persons do not gain access to or obtain confidential information—for your protection and ours.

WLAN guest access:

Select the WLAN “INVITE-VE” and request personal access.
The guest must enter the following:

• Any username
• Their own email address
• Any password
• Their own real name
• Their own company
• Sponsor from Kramerbest (employee being visited)

Wait until the account has been approved by the sponsor.
Then log in with the existing guest account and the previously selected username and password.
After confirmation, the guest account is valid for 10 days.
